We provide free advice on various aspects, including conference locations, hotel accommodations, and sustainability. Our goal is to put the 'Leiden' brand on the map, to realize growth in the number of visitors, the number of conferences, the number of students and to generate investments, but also to establish a connection between the city and its inhabitants. The Municipality of Leiden is committed to supporting congress organization in our city. Hosting a welcome reception at City Hall with the mayor or deputy mayor's welcome is a possibility. If interested, we can explore this option, although approval ultimately rests with the municipality.
