As an intern at Leiden Convention Bureau, you will be immediately included in the entire Leiden&Partners team. There is a good balance between hard work and pleasant collegiality. You can indicate in what you want to grow, and this is really taken into account when dividing tasks! From March to July, I interned at Leiden&Partners Leiden Convention Bureau. During my time there, I received unlimited guidance, support and encouragement. I never felt like just an intern but rather a valued team member, as my ideas and initiatives were taken seriously. I had the opportunity to work on important projects, which gave me a great sense of responsibility and constantly challenged me to learn and grow. I have started my internship at Leiden Convention Bureau in the beginning of September 2023. From the very start, I felt like an integral part of the team. In the past three months, I've really enjoyed my internship at Leiden Convention Bureau. I worked on a broad variety of tasks, such as managing the social media, writing copy, and creating content for our newsletters and website. You work together in a small, tight-knit team, where there is a lot of space for suggestion and showing your creativity. Over the past few months, I've been able to let my expertise grow a lot!
