The Hall - for modern company parties and conferences for up to 1000 people
Starting in January 2025, you are warmly welcomed to The Hall, a large event and conference venue spanning 2700 m². It is located on the same premises as ECC Leiden but has its own entrance and facilities. This is the ideal place for hosting corporate events such as product launches, car presentations, or conferences. A company party can also be perfectly organized here.
In addition to its entrance, there are two spacious lobbies (300 m² and 223 m²), each with an adjacent boardroom (both 25 m²), before reaching the main hall (1775 m²). This space is specifically designed to meet the needs of business gatherings and can accommodate conferences or events for up to 1000 people. Additionally, 250 free parking spaces are available directly in front of the entrance.
The multifunctional Hall is fully customizable to meet your specific needs, offering various options for setup and decoration. The Hall provides the flexibility and professional ambiance you need to make your conference a success.
In addition to two fixed bar units, The Hall also features a spacious, multifunctional mezzanine (431 m²), ideal for VIP receptions, as a relaxation area, or as extra space for various purposes. The spacious restrooms on the ground floor and cloakroom facilities in one of the two lobbies make this venue entirely self-sufficient.
