National Stargazing days
Volunteers from the Leiden Astronomy association are organising a weekend full of fun astronomical activities in the Old Observatory.
You can visit the Plants & Planet exhibition, walk around the historic building, look through the antique telescopes and observe sunspots through a solar telescope. There is also a light lab, where various projects about light are exhibited. Ask the astronomers your questions. For the very youngest, there is a cosy craft corner and a drawing competition.
Free entrance, no reservation needed. Access via the Old Observatory.
