Homemade operates at various locations in Leiden, the Bollenstreek, Amsterdam, Haarlem and Noordwijk and collaborates with partners such as the Rijksmuseum Boerhaave, Leiden University and the Hoogheemraadschap of Rijnland.
The distinguishing factor is that cooking is done on site and the finishing touches are added to the dishes as they’re prepared. Depending on your wishes, the cooking takes place behind the scenes or as a show variant; live cooking becomes part of the entertainment. In both cases, a restaurant-worthy menu is served.
