By ease is part of the Leids Congres Bureau, a conference- and organisational enterprise with over 30 years of experience in succesfully organising meetings. The team consists of enthusiastic conference managers and coordinators, a sponsorship manager and a marketeer, all with extensive experience in the field. A passionate manager is at the head of the team. They can be described as close-knitted, involved and also informal, open and direct.

They support organisations of national and international conferences and meetings, varying from one to multiple days and from 50 to 5000 delegates. These meetings are organised at several locations in the Netherlands and once in a while also across the border.

The name says it all: it is their mission to make the organisation as easy as they can for you. They put in a lot of time and effort to accompany you and advise you: your wishes and goals are at the center of their attention and you will always remain in the lead. The base is to deburden as much as possible. They will go the extra mile to organise a conference to the final details, and nothing is left to chance. This is what gives them pleasure! They like to think in possibilities and are geared towards solutions.
