Leiden Convention Bureau is organising an Inspiration Day on 18 June
Leiden Convention Bureau is excited to announce the upcoming Inspiration Day, which will take place on 18 June 2024. This event is aimed at management supporters and event organisers and seeks to showcase Leiden as an ideal destination for conferences and events, with a special focus on sustainability.

The annual Inspiration Day serves as a platform to highlight Leiden's diverse offering. This year, the central focus is on sustainability, a topic that is becoming increasingly important in the events industry. Participants will have the chance to explore innovative approaches to eco-friendly event planning while experiencing the charm of Leiden.
The day will start with a tour of the Hortus botanicus Leiden, where participants will get a glimpse of one of the city's most unique event venues. After the tour, guests will take a boat trip through Leiden's historic canals, where there will be the chance to network while enjoying a provided lunch.
Two workshops will be held at the newly opened Polderfabriek, offering practical guidance on organising sustainable events. Participants can gain valuable knowledge and inspiration from industry experts.
The day will end with a networking session, where participants can connect with partners, management supporters and fellow event organisers.
